   How long is your transom? I think you’ll need to figure that out first.

   Take a tape measure from the top where the engine sits to the botton of the boat straight down that will give you the height 15=20=25=30

   The bottom of the top of the boat if its over 15 inches then you have purchased the transom to the motor and begin to the motor pay attention to the height of the engine cutout on long shaft as said almost everything built in 1981 was long shaft as said almost everything built in.
